We planted potatoes in pots in our courtyard where they have grown (somewhat) through the summer. Organically, lovingly tended.
Last night we decided it was time to eat them. There were more leaves and stems to dispose of than potatoes to harvest… But who said being an organic flowerpot farmer would be easy?
